When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, event details, and any message you include.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics beyond standard server logs.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for the transactional email service (Brevo) used to deliver your confirmation email.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years for accounting and correspondence purposes, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email davidpeacemagic@gmail.com.
Data security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a secure, access-controlled file on our hosting server.
Third-party services
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send transactional emails. When you submit a booking enquiry, your name and email address are passed to Brevo solely to deliver email notifications related to your enquiry. Brevo does not use your data for marketing or any other purpose on our behalf. See Brevo's Privacy Policy for details of how they handle data.
